    Specifically is it missing something?

    Flipping through it quickly, it seems like you've shown a range of skills and some process. If you were going to add anything, I would add some process work to one of your bigger projects.

    Does the rectangle motif work?

    No, I don't think you need it. The pages work fine without it and it doesn't integrate with your other work. For your cover page, try to use the horiztonal motif of your title pages but keep it simple.

    Should I drop any pages?

    You should drop any pages that don't feel like your very best work. I don't think there are any like this.

    Look for small ways to improve each project with a new sketch, a new layout, or new photo.

    i agree with mike- i think you could add few sketches to your pen page, for example... i think that's the only project that doesn't have an ideation page.

    i like that its really simple, i can understand it easily while flipping though it.

    This picture of you was taken at Hanover College. It is a good one. The ceiling tile designs above you are aesthetically pleasing.
